Aprofitto a dream insistently calling for a drink tonight to make known my position on bursting.
There was a time not too long ago when you order a spilling out from the Fe-Mn-Veneto you looked like a Martian, and nobody knew what it was.
At that time the mixture between Aperol or Campari and white wine was a classic aperitif in the area, often served in cup classic wine and liquor in which variants were just red and sometimes it would take to use a splash of sparkling water or not.
and do not cost shit, 'cause it was mostly (good) old favorite from the bar.
Now that the bursting and 'become a fashion phenomenon sweeping across Italy I will pass off as a cocktail, with a ton of ice and lousy pay 5 € facendotelo only' cause they changed the glass and filled with solid water.
I applaud the bars that still give you the usual bursts of the usual € 2.
